The building has an L shape which takes up again the shape of the lot; the volume has an appearance apparently compact but is moved by the different position of the balconies on the various floors. The coating interacts irregularly in wooden parts on east elevation, while the wood appears only on the stairway on the west elevation; external vertical elements, from the first to the last floor, make all the  prospects homogeneous. The angle is enhanced through a fixed brise-soleil system on which it is possible to insert green elements.
