The intent is to give back to the city a space for meeting, stopping and socializing: a new agora. In the  basement there will be the  new parking. On existing buildings, the project is in a different way: the cinema-theater Gigli is restored in his old and historical appearance; a space with function of open theater-cinema for summer events. The other two buildings are demolished and in their place arise the new building with  the offices of the Municipality and a commercial-office building.
