The project concerns the restyling of a structure already set up and already divided into 4 floors: the underground car park, the commercial ground floor and the other two with function directional.

Compared to the previous project, some structures have been applied to the structure  ventilated walls covered in white porcelain stoneware, color that is only interrupted in some elements that are instead colored red, brick tones.
Both on the ground floor and in the upper rooms, large windows characterize the west elevation, which overlooks the Adriatica Statale.
