EXCELSUM

The redevelopment intervention consists in the demolition of existing buildings but not the one  of the entrance gate, which will be restored and integrated into the new realization. The complex consists of two main buildings:

the first with an underground parking floor, a ground floor with commercial function and 4 floors with directional function;
the second with two underground floors for car garage and parking, a ground floor characterized by large windows for the  management rooms, while the rest is residential.
