The project focuses on one hand on the solid parapets which are demolished and replaced with lighter and linear steel railings; on the other hand on the corner solutions characterized by vertical elements with a brise-soleil aluminum wood effect, the same facing used for the body stair and for the builing crowning. To emphasize the vertical dimension and divide the different rooms, some white seats are placed from the first floor to the cover. The project includes the downstair bar.
